Daniel Diaz is a CTEC Registered Tax Preparer and holds an IRS Annual Filing Season Program Record of Completion. He is not an attorney, CPA or enrolled agent. His representation rights before the IRS are limited to returns he prepared and signed, within the rules of the Annual Filing Season Program. He does not provide legal advice or audit representation.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you give us, and for reviewing your return before signing it. Please don't send Social Security numbers or tax documents through this website or by regular email.
