What to expect

1. Request a quote

Use the quote form or call (323) 705-3826 (Los Angeles / Southern California) or (843) 593-0404 (Bluffton / Savannah area). Tell us what kind of return you need. Don't send your SSN or documents at this stage.

2. Confirm scope and price

We follow up by your preferred method, confirm which forms are involved and give you a flat-fee quote. Before any work begins you receive a written engagement letter with the required California preparer disclosures.

3. Upload your documents securely

We send a link to our secure client portal (opens in a new tab) along with a checklist for your situation. Documents are never collected through this website or regular email.

4. Review and e-sign

We prepare your return and review it with you by phone or video, answer your questions, and send it for electronic signature (IRS Form 8879 and the state equivalent).

5. E-file and copies

We e-file with the IRS and your state and send you copies through the portal. If the IRS or state sends a letter later, reach out and we'll help you understand it.

Prefer paper?

You can drop off documents by appointment at 2619 Wilshire Blvd, Ste C, Los Angeles, CA 90057, or in Bluffton (we share the address when you book). We scan them to the portal and return your originals.
